Firework Weekend

I'm taking a break from blogging this weekend because my favorite New Yorker is in town. We've been friends since the 5th grade (when we were in science summer camp a.k.a. the smart, dorky kid activity in the summer) when we went on a field trip to the Adler Planetarium and shared a PBJ sandwich. Through those 20+ year's we've shared in amazing memories and trips around the world. We make it a point year after year to be together on our birthday's and start our year's off wishing each other well. True friendship is certainly the best gift I've ever received for my birthday. xx's! Enjoy your holiday!
