Cookies and I click. You give me a recipe and no matter how difficult or time consuming, they will come out perfect every time. I don't know how this is possible, but it's a skill I'm glad to have (and so are my friends!) Anyway, I just whipped up a batch of "salt cookies" for my office and I counted three people eating four cookies a piece by 10am; by 3pm all that was left on the plate were crumbs. This recipe is an amalgamation of several and took many, many tries to get it right...don't be mad that I can't share it, but experiment on your own to perfect your own signature cookie. (Hint: my basic chocolate chip cookies have made people weak in the knees [I swear] and these salt cookies are even better.)
